WARRANTY FOR MITECSO ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT:
MITECSO's guarantee for its articles is first of all to offer its customers HIGH QUALITY articles. In the event that a problem is found, the customer will have a seven (7) day warranty only for manufacturing defects from the purchase, this only applies to electronic equipment. The customer is responsible when making the purchase: to be sure that what they buy is what they are looking for, to understand how the item operates correctly, to carefully review and test the item and to know if it is compatible with their devices. The guarantee will not be provided due to different expectations or tastes regarding the item . The warranty will NOT apply if the damage to the item is due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, humidity, liquid damage, modification or repair. When making any warranty claim, the customer must present the purchase receipt . The item should be in its packaging as it was delivered when you purchased it. If everything specified above is complied with, the item will be exchanged to the customer for another identical item (NEW) one (1) time only. Then the customer will have three (3) days to confirm that the item is working perfectly. Under no circumstances will MITECSO repair or replace damaged equipment . NO MONEY REFUNDS WILL BE MADE . In the event that the item cannot be exchanged, because it is not available, a credit will be granted for the amount paid for the item, because it is not available, a credit will be granted for the amount for the defective item. This credit can be consumed for other items (in a period of time no longer than 7 days). All warranty claims will be processed at the location of the business's sales representative or in the online store.

SHIPMENT:
